Seabridge Petroleum

We’re Seabridge Petroleum Limited (SPL), a broad Oil & Gas company with a proud history. We actively invest in the gas sector of the economy. SPL are planning to set up a compressed natural gas plant which will serve as a refueling station and also a retrofitting center for the conversion of petrol-fueled and diesel-fueled automobiles to CNG. Via Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV); Seabridge CNG Limited.

We are an Oil service company in all ramifications. Which means provision of Platform Support Vessels and other marine vessels to Oil majors. We are also into Oil service procurement supplies and Deal in AGO, PMS, HHK, Condensate, LPFO, HPFO etc.

SPL was set up in November, 1993 with the sole aim of building a 150,000bpd modern refinery in Ondo state in a proposed partnership with Shell and Total in 2002. The absence of full deregulation at that time stalled the project, But will be revisited as government policy allows
